Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet sales objectives and focus on customer retention and satisfaction through digital channels.
  • Identify customer potentials and engage relevant stakeholders to drive growth and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Set strategies and targets for customer growth and align with Sales Manager.
  • Frequently conduct customer visits and prepare meetings using available tools and reports.
  • Manage spot business and rush offers, with support from Commercial Assistant when needed.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to create timely solutions for customers and extract maximum value.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers in your assigned territory for all commercial matters.
  • Conduct market studies on potential new product opportunities by gathering interest and testing market demand.
  • Leverage Brenntag Connect to generate and maximize sales.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Business, Science, or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical distribution business.
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Superior communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong commercial understanding and customer-centric mindset.
  • High self-management capabilities and basic level of strategic thinking.
  • Frequent travel required as per business needs.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
