In this role, you will oversee the complete recruitment process, which encompasses sourcing, evaluating, and selecting candidates for IT and cybersecurity roles. Your contributions will be vital in utilizing data to provide insights into the talent landscape, empowering our clients to make informed hiring choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including crafting job descriptions, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making hiring recommendations, and performing reference checks.
- Utilize technology and analytics, such as social media platforms, job boards, and internal applicant tracking systems (ATS), to discover potential candidates.
- Design and implement recruitment strategies and marketing initiatives to achieve team objectives.
- Build and sustain candidate pipelines and professional networks.
- Participate in regular recruitment meetings to review open roles and strategize approaches.
- Offer recommendations and insights to the team and clients regarding effective recruitment practices.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of experience in a client-facing position, such as retail, hospitality, customer service, or recruitment.
- Proven ability to meet and surpass weekly and monthly performance targets.
- Open to feedback and adept at addressing objections.
- Collaborative team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated work ethic and a commitment to achieving success.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary ranging from $45,000 to $60,000, based on experience, plus uncapped commission opportunities.
