We are seeking an Accounts Receivable and Customer Support Representative to enhance our expanding team.
Position Overview:
This role involves engaging with customers in a professional manner to manage overdue accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outreach to approximately 20-30 clients with outstanding balances to facilitate timely payments.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with clients.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to find solutions.
- Handle incoming calls related to customer payments and inquiries.
- Draft and send disconnection and final demand notifications.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in accounts payable or receivable is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication abilities.
- Proficiency in business software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team setting.
- Effective time management skills.
Work Environment:
This position is office-based, operating Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
