Position Overview:

This role involves engaging with customers in a professional manner to manage overdue accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily outreach to approximately 20-30 clients with outstanding balances to facilitate timely payments.
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies with clients.
  • Collaborate with various internal departments to find solutions.
  • Handle incoming calls related to customer payments and inquiries.
  • Draft and send disconnection and final demand notifications.
  • Perform additional tasks as required.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Prior experience in collections or customer service is preferred.
  • Experience in accounts payable or receivable is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in business software applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work in a team setting.
  • Effective time management skills.

Work Environment:

This position is office-based, operating Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
