Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Project Coordinator to join our team at Safety Vision, LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects from hand-off to completion. This role requires strong business ethics, integrity, and the ability to perform in a highly autonomous environment.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of customer service experience and prior experience in field service, subcontracting, or a similar industry. You will be responsible for planning and scheduling onsite project implementations, managing complex projects, and ensuring all work is properly subcontracted. Additionally, you will interface directly with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule, milestones, and quality control.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience. If you are a motivated and organized individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple projects from hand-off to completion.
  • Plan and schedule onsite project implementations and service-related scopes of work with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage complex projects while tracking and optimizing scheduling, labor, subcontractors, budgeting, materials costs, communications, and job quality.
  • Interface directly with clients to define project requirements and prepare scope of work, project delivery resource requirements, work plan schedule, milestones, and quality control.
  • Lead project delivery resources/team providing project guidance and direction to achieve project goals.
  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements.
  • Implement communication plans to keep clients and project resources informed.
  • Track progress of each project against goals, objectives, approved budgets, and approved timelines.
