Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Analyst to support our Customer Service Modernization initiative. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in quality assurance and will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of superior software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of software applications to identify defects and potential issues.
  • Collaborate with development teams to grasp project requirements and objectives.
  • Create and execute test cases, plans, and scripts to verify software functionality and performance.
  • Document test results, defects, and progress in a clear and concise manner.
  • Assist in analyzing and troubleshooting defects to facilitate resolution.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of QA processes and methodologies within the organization.
  • Understand how to test web applications, Salesforce applications, services, and data integration between multiple systems.
  • Comprehend overall application flow to perform integration and end-to-end manual testing.
  • Create bug stories for identified issues and collaborate with developers for resolution.
  • Define, create/locate, and manage test data to support testing strategies.
  • Establish acceptance criteria, specify Gherkin scripts, and execute tests.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings.
  • Demonstrate experience in developing and executing test cases in Gherkin syntax.
  • Test Enterprise-scale web applications.
  • Utilize SQL to locate test data.
  • Exhibit an agile mindset with proven experience in agile scrum teams.
  • Demonstrate informal leadership experience, preferably in a quality assurance context.
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across diverse teams.
  • Showcase strong management and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to research, analyze, and resolve problem situations using sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Exhibit strong initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently while overseeing the work of others.
  • Experience with ADO is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Kafka and/or MuleSoft is advantageous.
  • Business understanding of Life Insurance and/or Annuities is preferred.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a business or information technology-related field is preferred.
