About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at The Waldinger Corporation. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our software solutions, reports, and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance: Develop, document, and execute detailed testing plans to ensure the quality of our software solutions, reports, and dashboards.
  • Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, record, document, and track bugs thoroughly, working closely with development teams to reproduce issues, troubleshoot, and verify fixes.
  • Regression Testing: Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved to ensure that changes have not adversely affected existing functionality.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand requirements and provide feedback.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay current with new testing tools and test strategies, continuously improving testing processes to enhance product quality.
  • Project Updates: Regularly provide IT Manager with project status updates.

Requirements
  • Experience: Proven experience testing software, report, and dashboard solutions with a background in construction and services preferred.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to understand complex systems and identify potential issues.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality products.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly document and articulate issues and their resolutions.
