Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless operations in our Woodbridge, VA location.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, be organized, and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packages Management: You will be responsible for taking packages from customers, logging them correctly, and ensuring they reach their intended destinations.
  • Client Support: You will provide top-notch support to clients, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex queries to the relevant teams.

We are looking for an individual who is self-sufficient, able to work independently, and has basic computer skills. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills, we want to hear from you

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position is estimated at $18-20 per hour based on experience.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive Hourly Rate: $18-20 per hour based on experience.
  • Full-time Hours: 36-40 hours per week.
  • Shifts: Monday-Friday (9am-6pm) and Saturday (11am-6pm).
