Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of our associates, as well as ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance associate skills and knowledge
  • Manage and coordinate training activities, including new hire orientation and ongoing development programs
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including HR-related systems and applications
  • Supervise and develop associates and leaders in the HR department
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or related field
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in HR or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
