Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at LaCrosse Footwear in Woodinville. As a brand ambassador, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, achieving personal and team sales goals, and upholding the company's core values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely, professional, and engaging customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Offer honest and confident feedback to customers regarding merchandise style and fit.
  • Stay up-to-date on new product knowledge to act as an expert for customers.
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals while supporting the goals of the team.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure each customer receives the best service possible.
  • Ensure stock is replenished and displays are neat and rotated to encourage sales.
  • Assist with backroom projects and assignments as requested.
  • Track and achieve expected KPI metrics at individual and store level.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy workspace.
  • Perform opening and closing duties as requested.
Requirements
  • A natural passion for serving others and creating customer loyalty.
  • Strong customer empathy and the ability to turn negativity into great customer experiences.
  • Ability to quickly learn new procedures and processes and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be willing to conduct oneself in accordance with Company's Core Values.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of ownership, dependability, and initiative with flexible shift availability for the retail environment.
  • Ability to climb a ladder and maneuver in a tight stockroom.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ years retail sales experience in a strong customer service environment.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with POS.
  • Basic MS Excel and Outlook experience.
  • Experience fitting footwear a plus.
  • Brand knowledge of Danner a plus.
Work Environment

This position is considered part-time and on average will be working 24-32 hours per week.

Reporting Relationship

This position reports directly to the Retail Store Manager.
