As a Center Manager, we seek dedicated individuals who aspire to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young children and their families while effectively overseeing all center operations.

The Manager encourages the social, physical, and intellectual development of the children in their care and collaborates with the center's staff to foster a learning environment while keeping parents informed about their child's progress.


Key Responsibilities:
Make a difference every day

Oversee center staff by organizing work schedules, assessing staff performance, and developing improvement plans. Assist in implementing the company-provided curriculum, which includes coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with educators.


Ensure the center operates in compliance with company and state licensing regulations.

Be accountable for maintaining a nurturing, educational, and safe environment for children and families.

Inspire creativity, build self-esteem, and help children explore new experiences each day.


Promote the positive image of the organization and play a significant role in establishing the company as a preferred provider of educational programs in the communities we serve.

Recruit, select, and retain high-quality staff.

Contribute to the company's profitability.

Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age

High School diploma or equivalent

CDA, Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred in Early Childhood Education or a related field

Must meet state educational requirements and additional center/school criteria may apply.

Willingness to fulfill state-mandated Director qualifications

1-2 years of supervisory/management experience overseeing at least six non-exempt employees; experience in early childhood education is strongly preferred
