Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations of the school, including staff management, curriculum development, and family engagement.
  • Maintain regulatory and brand standards, ensuring compliance with licensing requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for children, staff, and visitors.
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Implement a high-quality educational program, ensuring that the educational programs meet the needs of all children.
  • Support teachers in creating engaging and effective lesson plans, promoting academic, mental, physical, and social-emotional growth.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and families, addressing parent concerns and providing regular communication regarding their child's progress.
  • Promote the school within the community and participate in outreach activities, ensuring a strong reputation and visibility.
  • Develop and manage the school's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and accurate financial records.
  • Oversee enrollment and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring a strong financial foundation for the school.
