Job Description

As an Asset Reliability Specialist, you will play a crucial role in identifying and managing risks associated with asset reliability that may negatively impact operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining industry standards for materials, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Systematically defining, designing, and refining an Asset Maintenance Plan that incorporates value-driven preventive maintenance tasks.
  • Utilizing predictive and non-destructive testing methodologies to detect and address inherent reliability issues.
  • Leading initiatives to enhance the operability, maintainability, and reliability of equipment, processes, utilities, and safety systems.
  • Formulating engineering solutions to recurring failures and other operational challenges, including those related to capacity, quality, cost, and compliance.
  • Collaborating with production teams to analyze asset performance, including utilization, overall equipment effectiveness, and remaining useful life.
  • Providing technical support to production and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient knowledge in the Mechanical and Maintenance fields.
  • Commitment to safety procedures and compliance with health and safety training.
  • Experience in maintaining ISO 9000 certifications through adherence to established processes and procedures.
