Job Overview

Channel Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and mitigate asset reliability risks that could impact plant operations.
  • Develop and maintain plant standards for materials, equipment, and spare parts.
  • Design and implement an Asset Maintenance Plan that includes preventive maintenance tasks and predictive testing methodologies.
  • Lead efforts to ensure operability, maintainability, and reliability of equipment, processes, utilities, controls, and safety/security systems.
  • Develop engineering solutions to repetitive failures and other problems affecting plant operations.
  • Work with production to analyze asset utilization, overall equipment effectiveness, remaining useful life, and other parameters defining operating condition, reliability, and costs.
  • Provide technical support to production, maintenance management, and technical personnel.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering and 3-5 years in a similar industry.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical/Maintenance field.
  • Must know and follow job safety procedures, attend required health and safety training, promote safety at work, and report actual and potential accidents and injuries.
  • Maintenance of ISO 9000 certifications by complying with processes, procedures, and instructions for all activities in this role.
