Job Summary

We have an immediate opening for a temporary/on-call Reporting Specialist with our Air Measurement Services (AMS) Practice in our Santa Ana, CA office. The successful candidate will provide project and reporting support to our local Group Manager and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Report preparation: Update Microsoft Word and Excel report templates with information from current air emissions tests
  • Data reduction: Accurately enter or QA-check raw data from field data sheets to Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
  • Produce reports (print, copy, scan)
  • Track report status and quality reviews
  • Miscellaneous other project tasks
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree within a technical field highly preferred
  • Previous similar experience preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Excel and Word. Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat a plus
  • General computer proficiency in MS Windows
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation

In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
