Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision: Provide direction, leadership, and supervision to professional and support staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
  • Financial Performance: Oversee the financial performance of the area business unit, including reviewing financial statements, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
  • Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to increase census, maximize utilization and occupancy percentages, and drive business growth.
  • Relationship Building: Foster relationships with case managers, referral agents, local legislators, and government officials to promote our services and support the individuals we serve.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all services are delivered in accordance with our quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or Master's degree in Human Services or a related field.
  • Experience: Three to six years of experience in a leadership or management role in the human services industry, with a strong track record of driving business growth and improving financial performance.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
