Your Role:
In this dynamic position, you will engage with Square merchants, addressing their inquiries and providing effective solutions. Your ability to understand their unique needs will enable you to recommend tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Spend the majority of your time (up to 90% of your shift) assisting Square merchants through inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
- Utilize discovery questions and product expertise to suggest genuine solutions that align with our merchants' immediate and long-term needs.
- Employ creative problem-solving skills to address merchant inquiries, collaborating with your team and leadership for support.
- Ensure outstanding customer experiences by connecting with merchants to understand their needs and how Square's offerings can facilitate their growth.
- Take ownership of customer issues, documenting them thoroughly and following through to resolution, including escalating feature requests when necessary.
- Maintain focus in a high-energy environment, assisting as many merchants as possible while adhering to scheduled activities.

Requirements:
- Availability to work five days a week, totaling 40 hours, with a flexible schedule that includes weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays.
