Job Summary: We are seeking a Program Development Lead to join our team at Friends of Firefighters Inc. As a key member of the senior clinical team, you will develop and implement programs that support the well-being of children under 18, working closely with other mental health professionals and social service providers.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement programs that support the well-being of children under 18, in collaboration with other mental health professionals and social service providers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with Friends of Firefighters policies and procedures.
  • Schedule groups for times and dates that best fit client needs, collaborating with the COO and Director of Communications to ensure appropriate coverage and community awareness.

Estimated Salary: $50.50 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
