Job Overview

At Raymond James Financial Incorporated, we're seeking a skilled Registered Client Service Associate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional support to financial advisors and their clients, ensuring seamless interactions and outstanding service.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and one or more years of securities industry or related work experience. A Series 7 license is required, with additional licenses such as Series 63, 65, and/or 66 also preferred.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily client interactions, providing quotes, scheduling meetings, and answering inquiries via phone, in-person, virtually, and through mailings.
  • Work collaboratively with financial advisors and branch staff to ensure seamless support and service delivery.
  • Onboard new clients, open new accounts, and research client and security information using internal databases and technologies.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date client information and documentation meet firm and industry requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong understanding of company policies, managed account platforms, general office practices, investment concepts, and financial markets.
  • Proficiency in Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and Excel, including developing spreadsheets and reports.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to analyze and research account information.
  • An organized and detail-oriented approach to managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
