Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in our medical office setting. As a member of our Primary Care team, you will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Prepare patients for medical exams, obtain vital signs, and collect medical data.
- Provide direct patient care, including vaccinations, medications, and wound care.
- Collect and analyze patient specimens as directed by physicians.
- Instruct patients and families on preventive care, medication management, and test preparation.
- Communicate with patients via phone to provide follow-up care and relay physician instructions.
- RN License in the state of CT.
- 1 year of supervisory experience required.
- Knowledge of insurance contracts and requirements.
- 3 years of minimum experience.
Location: Rhinebeck
Work Type: Full-Time
Standard Hours: 40.00
Work Shift: Available 7a-7p
Department: Float Team
