Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport with potential clients, actively listening to their needs and offering tailored insurance solutions.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet assigned targets and drive growth in the agency.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to promote retention and encourage referrals.
  • Stay informed about market trends and competitors to position the agency effectively.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of all necessary documentation related to sales and client interactions.

Requirements:

  • An active insurance license in Washington is required.
  • Background in sales or insurance is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is key.
