Position Summary:
We are seeking a Merchandise Processing Associate who will play a vital role in enhancing our customers' shopping experience. This position involves ensuring that our store remains organized and visually appealing while providing exceptional service to our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by engaging with shoppers and assisting them with their needs.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects our merchandising standards.
- Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to company guidelines.
- Participate in store recovery efforts throughout the day to ensure a neat presentation.
- Operate the cash register accurately, handling customer transactions and returns with care.
- Promote store loyalty programs and assist customers in understanding their benefits.
- Support the store's goals for shrink reduction and safety awareness.

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts as needed by the business.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Capability to handle multiple tasks effectively and adapt to changing priorities.
- Physical ability to lift heavy items, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, based on relevant skills and experience.
