The New York State Psychiatric Institute is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time Research Security Administrator position.
The Research Security Administrator will work with the research community to ensure compliance with FDA regulations, HIPAA, ICH/GCP guidelines, GDPR, and state and local guidelines.
Responsibilities include collaborating with IT departments, serving as an expert and resource for the research team, and coordinating with IT departments at research institutes and traveling to OMH psychiatric facilities.
Minimum qualifications include a M.A./M.S. degree or equivalent related experience and a minimum of three years of experience in a Human Research Protections Program setting at an academic medical center.
Preferred qualifications include experience developing electronic data capture systems, knowledge of HIPAA and data storage, and one or more years of experience as a Clinical Research Associate or Research Coordinator.
