Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to lead our pharmacy team at Walmart. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of pharmacists and technicians to ensure efficient and effective pharmacy operations
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, expenses, and profitability
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, OSHA, and state pharmacy laws
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as retail and logistics, to ensure seamless operations
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including patient satisfaction, sales, and employee engagement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
  • Pharmacy license in good standing
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacy management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance
