CPS Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Director to lead our pharmacy operations at Ottumwa Regional Health Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and driving business growth through innovative strategies.

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staffing, inventory management, and patient care services.
• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including state and federal laws, and accreditation standards.
• Collaborate with hospital administrators and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians to provide high-quality patient care services.

• Pharmacy degree (B.S. or Pharm.D.) from an accredited institution.
• Iowa pharmacist licensure in good standing.
• At least 1 year of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy management/supervisory experience.
• At least 3 years of recent inpatient pharmacist experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
