We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Technician to join our team at Custom Mold & Design, a leading manufacturer of plastic injection molds. As a Quality Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards
  • Conduct inspections and testing to verify product quality
  • Investigate and analyze quality issues to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of quality documentation and records
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role; CMM programming experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
