Our mission is to empower these individuals to transform their lives and become self-sufficient, contributing members of both the workforce and their communities. At PYB, participants acquire valuable skills in construction and technology, paving the way for successful career paths.

We are committed to fostering an equitable and just environment for both our students and staff. The ability to motivate young people to elevate their career paths in construction or technology is essential.

Women and individuals from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
