The Director of Health and Wellness Role

The Director of Health and Wellness is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the health and wellness services provided to our residents. This role requires a strong background in nursing and healthcare management, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services that meet the unique needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the health and wellness team to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and services to residents.
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and support to residents.
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care and services provided to residents, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards related to healthcare and senior services.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing and healthcare management, preferably in assisted living or home health.
  • Proven track record of leadership and management experience, with a focus on delivering high-quality care and services.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and staff.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English, with a focus on clear and effective communication.
