Nurse Care Specialist

As a skilled Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care at Forrest Oakes Healthcare Center. This is a full-time opportunity to join a dynamic team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to making a difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and oversee patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice, as well as applicable state and federal regulations.
Collaborate with other facility personnel to provide and coordinate resident care, adhering to established facility policies and procedures.
Supervise Certified Nursing Assistants during shifts, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is performed in accordance with facility standards.
Requirements
Must possess a current, unencumbered, active state license to practice as an RN.
Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation facilities is preferred.
Must be qualified, compassionate, and dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.
