About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate resident health and wellness needs, including medication management and assessments.
  • Oversee the coordination of ancillary services, such as therapy and medical appointments.
  • Recruit, hire, and train clinical team members, and provide performance management and evaluation.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing with a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Two years RN experience, including at least one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.
  • Minimum of one year nurse management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
