Nurse Care Specialist Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Nurse Care Specialist to join our team at Sunrise Senior Living. As a Nurse Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while promoting a safe and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance while delivering exceptional care to residents.
- Oversee the coordination of resident health and wellness needs, including ancillary services and medication management.
- Recruit, hire, and train clinical team members, and manage their performance, evaluation, and engagement.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an approved college or school of nursing with a current state license as a professional Registered Nurse (RN).
- Two years of RN experience, including at least one year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.
- Minimum of one year of nurse management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
