Innovative Medical Device Leader Wanted for Plasma International

Plasma International, a pioneering leader in the medical device industry (implantable devices), is seeking an exceptional Chief Executive Officer to drive its global growth strategy and ensure a successful transition to public markets.

Job Summary
This is a rare opportunity to take the helm of a dynamic company on the cusp of major developments, including exit/liquidity events. As our next CEO, you will lead fundraising initiatives, develop and execute strategies to accelerate revenue growth and profitability, and identify key partnerships to strengthen our position in the market.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive global market expansion, overseeing sales efforts in domestic and international markets.
- Leverage your expertise to refine and optimize our business model, focusing on surface treatment technology services.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance in all markets.
- Build and lead a high-performance executive team, fostering a culture of transparency, trust, and teamwork.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of CEO leadership experience within the medical device industry (implants).
- Early-stage or startup companies leadership experience, ideally transitioning to public listing.
- Experience preparing companies for liquidity events, such as IPOs, mergers, or acquisitions.
- Broad functional expertise across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Finance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive organizational growth, improve profitability, and lead complex teams.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering growth through leadership, innovation, and strategic planning. A Bachelor's degree in science or business, with an MBA preferred, is also required. We offer a competitive salary estimated at $250,000-$300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
