Senior Communications Director

The Vice President of Communications will serve as a key member of The Navigators' leadership team, providing strategic leadership and vision for internal and external communications. This role will amplify the ministry of The Navigators, helping to advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide strategic leadership and planning for Communications and Marketing, aligning with The Navigators' National Strategy and brand standards.
- Lead and develop a high-performing Communications team, fostering collaboration and strategic decision-making.
- Manage the Communications strategy and functions, including Public Relations and donor development.
- Collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership Team to steward the national brand of The Navigators.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for programs and efforts in accordance with Navigators policies and procedures.
- Minimum 5 years of senior communication leadership experience.
- Proven track record of collaborating at a C-suite level and developing strategic plans.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or administration preferred.
