Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for owning the customer's experience in the service lane, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers promptly and obtain necessary information
  • Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
  • Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle
  • Prepare accurate estimates of cost for labor and parts
  • Establish follow-up times and monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day
  • Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
  • Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a service advisory role
  • Ford experience is a plus
  • Positive attitude and high volume mentality
  • CSI-focused and service-oriented
