About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Growth Representative to join our team at PCONA Panasonic Connect North America. As a Sales Growth Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the mid-market enterprise, restaurant, retail, and hospitality space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential customers
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and reseller partners
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to track and monitor sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
  • BA or BS in Business Administration or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in the hospitality and retail technology space
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Experience with CRM-based tools such as Salesforce
