Job SummaryWe are seeking a Staffing Coordinator PC to join our team. This role will report directly to the Assistant Director PC, Branch Director PC, or Branch Manager PC and be responsible for ensuring clients receive approved services and Personal Care Attendants are paid properly and promptly.
Key Responsibilities- Locate and schedule PCAs and/or Special Attendants to ensure clients receive all approved service hours.
- Verify and enter PCA worked hours in the timekeeping system regularly to ensure timely payment.
- Complete necessary correspondence, including Service Interruption, Suspensions, and Service Delivery issues.
