Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Creative Marketing Director to establish the creative vision and direction for UC Health, leading the creative team. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions that advance the UC Health brand, internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish the creative vision and overall brand experience for UC Health, online and offline.
  • Evolves and maintains brand guidelines to ensure a unified brand identity across all touchpoints and channels.
  • Stays current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and cultural shifts to keep the brand's creative output fresh and relevant.
  • Leads the development and execution of creative concepts across all platforms, including digital, print, video, environmental, and experiential media.
  • Oversees the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring all work aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Presents and communicates creative ideas and strategies to stakeholders, including senior leadership and clients.
  • Develops and maintains a process to ensure creative is executed with excellence, on time, and on budget.
  • Ensures consistency and quality across all creative outputs, maintaining a high standard of excellence in design, messaging.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree - Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field
  • Master's Degree Preferred
  • 6 -10 years of equivalent experience is required
  • 11-15 years of equivalent experience is preferred
