Tropical Health LLC is seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with patients to assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct patient assessments to identify communication and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patient needs
- Provide direct treatment and consultation to patients and caregivers
- Participate in the clinical team process to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide teaching and training to caregiver staff
- Supervise other therapists, assistants, and students as required
- Bachelor's degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in speech therapy, preferably in long-term care
