Job Title: Speech Therapist

At Tropical Health LLC, we are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our team.

**Job Summary:**
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Speech Therapist to provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload.
- Participate in the clinical team process.
- Provide teaching and training to caregiver staff.
- Involvement in clinical program development.
- Supervise other therapists, assistants, aides, and students as required.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's of Science Degree in Speech Language Pathology or equivalent.
- 1 year of experience in speech therapy (preferred).
- 1 year of experience in long-term care (preferred).

**Working Conditions:**
- Directly responsible to the Program Manager.
- May directly supervise recently graduated SLPA, aides, and rehab aides.
