As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, creating, and implementing therapy plans for clients with autism spectrum disorder. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping our clients achieve their communication goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate clients to identify communication needs and develop personalized therapy plans.
- Implement therapy plans using evidence-based techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Document client progress and maintain accurate records.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in autism therapy.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field.
- State licensure and certification in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Experience working with clients with autism spectrum disorder.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
