Are you passionate about fitness and sales? Do you want to help others achieve their wellness goals? We're seeking a dynamic Membership Advisor to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness

About the Role

As a Membership Advisor, you will be responsible for greeting members, providing studio tours, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive. You will also be expected to follow up with prospective members, handle member concerns, and participate in marketing and outreach events.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead outreach, conversion, and generation of new members
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle member concerns
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to expand our network
  • Cross-train with the Operations Manager to understand facility issues
What We Offer
  • $20.00 per hour plus commissions on sales
