Position Title: Social Listening Strategy LeadObjective
- Formulate and execute a robust social listening strategy for the company’s diverse portfolio
- Deliver actionable insights to optimize marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for effective campaign implementation
- Establish a standardized framework for social measurement
- Oversee the social analytics team and manage agency collaborations
Key Responsibilities
- Direct the social listening strategy for Revlon Inc., ensuring ongoing monitoring of digital conversations
- Evaluate social sentiment, behaviors, and opinions utilizing social listening platforms
- Identify trends and align them with business goals
- Provide strategic guidance on social analytics tools
- Serve as a subject matter expert in social listening to shape marketing strategies
- Initiate innovative social analytics projects and challenge conventional practices
- Independently manage projects and uncover areas for enhancement
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in social media analytics or measurement
- Proficiency in social listening tools such as Brandwatch, Sprout, and Sprinklr
- Capability to develop strategies and drive execution efficiently
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Demonstrated success in influencing and mentoring peers
- Professional demeanor with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels
