Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Shuttle Driver to join our team at IMG Academy. As a Shuttle Driver, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable experience for our visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, exceeding their expectations with every interaction.
  • Work closely with Guest Services and other departments to provide guest assistance with valet, luggage, transportation, and miscellaneous needs.
  • Transport guests via hotel van to local areas or arrange for adequate transportation.
  • Maintain hotel van and golf carts, including washing, cleaning, and fueling.
  • Ensure front drive and lobby areas are clean and tidy, including cleaning ashtrays, trash, seating areas, and front doors.
  • Follow all company and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain guest confidentiality and proprietary information while protecting company assets.
Requirements
  • Valid US Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in hotel services is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment meeting multiple deadlines.
  • Ability to drive a variety of vehicles, including golf carts and vans.
  • Ability to read and interpret road signs in English.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
Preferred Skills
  • CPR and First Aid certification.
  • Ability to lift, move, push, and pull equipment or boxes in excess of 40lbs.
  • Ability to perform physical aspects of event set up, tear down, and execution.
Work Environment

The Shuttle Driver will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests, staff, and students. The ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is required.
