Position Overview
The Facility Maintenance Associate plays a crucial role in ensuring a safe and efficient working environment by promptly addressing jobsite hazards and waste management. This position involves assisting Supervisors and Service Technicians with daily operations that contribute to Safety, Production, and Contamination Control.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and document routine maintenance tasks on a daily and weekly basis.
- Identify and report safety concerns, resolving them in real-time.
- Remove waste from work areas and yard.
- Clean worktables, bins, and equipment between tasks to prepare for upcoming projects.
- Maintain cleanliness in service bays during and after service operations.
- Support the Service Department in adhering to all Contamination Control Procedures.

- Assist Technicians under the guidance of Supervisors.
- Provide oversight during the movement of large equipment within the facility, signaling operators to prevent accidents and property damage.
- Prepare reports as needed and participate in special projects as required by operations.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; one month of related experience or training preferred.
- Strong communication skills for effective information exchange with customers and colleagues, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using or learning software related to specialized and common tasks.
- Keen attention to detail for accurate inventory tracking and execution of instructions.
