Physician Family Practice Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team at Comprehensive Community Action.
About the RoleThis full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to work in a growing, multi-service family medicine practice with a strong focus on community care. Our Patient Centered Medical Home approach ensures that patients receive comprehensive, coordinated care across all aspects of their health.
You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including nurses, medical assistants, social workers, and patient navigators. Together, we strive to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care that addresses the unique needs of each individual and community.
Responsibilities- Provide primary care services to patients, including routine check-ups, chronic disease management, and preventative care.
- Work closely with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless coordination of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Supervise and mentor mid-level practitioners as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A medical degree (MD/DO) and licensure in Rhode Island or eligibility.
- Board certification in Family Medicine.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- A commitment to community-oriented primary care and a passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
