A Competitive Salary is offered for this position, ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 per year, depending on experience.

About the Role

This Primary Care Provider will work in a collaborative team setting, providing primary care and health coaching to patients. The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of experience in primary care and a strong desire to work in community health.

The role involves seeing all ages, with a focus on quality patient care, and working with a team to provide continuity of care.
