Position Overview

We are currently seeking experienced automotive Sales Consultants to assist our customers in selecting the right vehicles. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey and overseeing the quality of both product and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gain a thorough understanding of vehicles by studying their features, capabilities, and specifications.
  • Assist customers by identifying their needs and aligning them with suitable vehicle models.
  • Showcase vehicles by detailing their characteristics and features, conducting test drives, and explaining warranty and service obligations.
  • Engage with potential customers at community events and through walk-ins.
  • Close sales by addressing customer concerns, negotiating prices, and finalizing transactions.
  • Deliver vehicles to customers while providing a detailed overview of all features to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in promotional sales events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product advancements.
  • Enhance job knowledge through training opportunities provided by the company or manufacturers.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in automotive sales is highly preferred.
  • A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve success.
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and strategic skills.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug/alcohol screening.
  • A valid driver's license with no more than two infractions in the last three years.
