Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Teller Team Lead to join our team at the PJM Branch. As a key member of our branch operations team, you will be responsible for managing the teller line and providing exceptional member service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the teller line with minimal supervision, ensuring efficient and accurate handling of member transactions.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to tellers to optimize their performance and resolve issues.
  • Perform teller duties, including ATM settlement process, and ensure accuracy in all transactions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist with branch operations, including managing the branch in the absence of the Branch Manager.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • At least 36 months of experience as a teller or in a related customer service role.
  • Leadership Development Program completion and MSR Training Curriculum required.
  • Proficient in ATM, TCD, and branch settlements, with strong problem-resolution skills.
