Service Lead Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise the Service Team, providing guidance and direction on all cashiering, front-end, and recovery functions.
  • Collaborate with store leadership to achieve customer service and front-end operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, programs, and policies.
  • Provide feedback to store leadership on team performance.
  • Assist with training and development of Service Team members.
  • Manage the Hazardous Waste program and ensure compliance.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze trends and develop plans to achieve store initiatives.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with store leadership and team members.
