Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Specialist to join our team at PeopleShare. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment and machinery to ensure efficient and high-quality production.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation: Independently operate at least one process or technology, including pack out produced materials, gathering raw materials for batch using RF system, and following all Standard Operator Procedures.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Clean various equipment, including vessels, parts, equipment, and rooms, and perform daily reporting for materials and movement.
  • Quality Control: Adhere to safety and quality protocols, including wearing approved PPE, and document all batch sheet data and cleaning logs using cGMP quality standards.
  • Teamwork: Work independently or as part of a small team to achieve production goals, and participate in training on GMP, EHS standards and policies, forklift and pallet jack operation, and other relevant topics.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Proficient math skills, reading comprehension skills, mechanical aptitude, and dexterity, with the ability to comprehend detailed written instructions and procedures.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift and move 50 lbs, and push/pull 1000s lbs on wheels.
