Job Overview

AA2IT is seeking a skilled Deviation Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will lead and/or work as a team member on deviation investigations to prevent recurrence, determine root causes, and identify corrective/preventative actions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead deviation investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement projects to increase compliance and simplify processes
  • Manage timelines to meet key compliance and customer due dates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Sciences
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in GMP manufacturing and/or technical support
  • Preferred experience in vaccine manufacturing, sterile processing, and technical writing
